190-210 Rank - Between 4500 - 6000
210-230 Rank - Between 2500 - 4500
230-260 Rank - Between 1500 - 2500
260-290 Rank - Between 500 - 1500
Above 290 - Between 1 - 500

As the paper was conceptual as well as lengthy so cut off will not vary much .
First paper was very lengthy and second was full of concept and theory.
So, According to the present analysis of paper cutoff must be between 170- 185 , not more than that .
